Transformer oil purification filtration compact unit cart
Our transformer oil purification filtration compact unit cart is designed for thermal vacuum drying and filtration of industrial oils used in lubrication, sealing, hydraulic control systems of gas turbine and gas pumping units, gas engine compressors, and in transformers. In addition to oil purification, transformer oil purification filtration compact unit cart may be used for heating and drying the oil-filled electrical devices.
Principle of operation: The oil driven by vacuum passes through a coarse filter with the filtration fineness of 200 microns after which it gets inside a vacuum tank where a heater is located. Rising from bottom to top, the oil heats up and gets into the other part of the chamber through a special channeled lid coming directly to special fillers. Next, the oil flows down the fillers, while the moisture vapor and gases are removed from the oil by vacuum. Then, the oil is pumped out from the tank bottom through two fine filters to the unit outlet. The filtration fineness of the filters can be selected at 5, 3, 1, or 0.3 microns.

This oil filter includes a special gear pump driven by a motor. It has the characteristics of low field sound, strong self- priming ability, and stable operation.
The high-pressure pipeline is equipped with overflow protection device a. It can efetively protect the safety of the hydraulic system.
Use thermal relay protection to prevent the motor from being damaged due to motor overload.
The coarse filter at the suction port protects the oil pump and extends the service life of the main flter.
There is a two-stage fine filter behind the pump to make the oil quickly reach a high degree of cleanliness.
Different precision for the fine filter can be chosen according to the dffrent needs of users to achieve the required results.
The primary flter can filter out larger particles and impurities, and the secondary flter can fiter out fine particles or water.
The oil filter housing adopts a quick- opening structure. No special tools are needed to quickly open the upper cover and replace the flter element.
The panel is equpped with a pressure gauge, which continuously indicates the operating status of the system and the pollution degree of the flter element during work.

The heater is located inside the vacuum tank which made it possible to reduce the unit dimensions and to diminish the heat losses while heating the oil.
The oil is sucked into the vacuum chamber due to the underpressure generated by a two-stage vacuum system consisting of a backing pump and a booster pump. A new layout has been applied to the rest of the unit components. All of these innovations have given good results in terms of the small equipment size.
