Coalescing dehydration oil filtration equipment
The coalescing dehydration oil filtration equipment integrates two functions of precision filtration and high-efficiency dehydration. The filter uses advanced "coalescence separation" technology for dehydration, with high dehydration efficiency and strong capacity, especially for the separation of a large amount of water in the oil. It has the incomparable advantages of vacuum method and centrifugal method, and can break all the oil-water emulsification structure in the medium.
Technical principles
Different liquids have dfferent surface tensions, and when the liquid flows through the small holes, thesmaller the surface tension, the faster the passing speed. When a mixture of different liquids flows intothe separator, it first enters the coalescing filter element. The coalescing filter element has multiple layers of flter media, and its aperture increases layer by layer.
Due to the difference in surface tension, the oil passes through the filter layer quickly, while the water is much slower, and because the coalescing filter element uses hydrophilic materials, tiny water droplets are adsorbed on the surface of the filter layer, causing the water droplets to coalesce.
Affected by kinetic energy, small droplets race through the small holes and gradually merge into large droplets, and settle under the action of gravity to separate from the oil. After passing through the coalescence flter, there are still smaller water droplets moving forward to the separation filter element due to inertia effect. The separation flter element is made of a special hydrophobic material. When the oil passes through the separation filter element, the water droplets are blocked outside, and the oil passes through the separation flter element and is discharged from the outlet.
The machine has five stage fltration systems.
The first stage: oil suction filter, located at the oil suction port. As a coarse filter, it protect the oil pump and extends the service life of the main filter.
The second stage: pre-liter, located in the upstream of the coalescer. It can not only prolong the life of the coalescer, but also reduce the content of particles in the fltered liquid.
The third stage: coalescer, to Make the water in the oil condense and sink.
The fourth stage: separation flter, to further block the tiny drops of water in the oil, achieving the function of eficient separation.
The fith stage: fine fiter, adopting flter material with high precision and large dirt holding capacity,which can clean the oil safely and efficiently.

Product features
Particle Filtration System:The coalescence dehydration oil purifier uses high-efficiency filter material as the filter medium, and the design of the large filter area can effectively filter out extremely fine particles and impurities, so that the oil can reach a high degree of cleanliness.
Coalescing System:The coalescing system is composed of a set of coalescing filter elements. The coalescing filter element adopts a unique polar molecular structure. After passing through the filter element, the free water and emulsified water in the oil are coalesced into larger water droplets, and then rely on gravity. Settled into the water storage tank under the action.
Separation system:The separation filter element of the separation system is made of special hydrophobic material. When the oil passes through the filter element, the water droplets are blocked on the outer surface of the filter element and coalesce with each other until they settle into the water storage tank due to the action of gravity.
Drainage system:The separated water is stored in the water storage tank. When the interface height reaches the set value, the valve is opened to discharge the water until it drops to the lower liquid level, and the valve is closed to stop the drainage.
