AOP-B series box type movable oil purifier places an important role in the purification and regeneration of various industrial lubricants which were heavily contaminated and degraded.It could effectively remove water, water-soluble acid&base, and mechanical impurities from oil by filtration, and then bring great improvement for its motor viscosity, flash point and emulsibility.

With a built-in tank, AOP-B series box type movable oil purifier could directly inject the qualified oil inside of its tank into the hydraulic system, after the whole self-circulating filtration.

This machine is particularly suitable for those hydraulic systems which contain sophisticated components like servo valve, proportional overflow valve, etc.

Structure features:

1.Beautiful&practical box-type structure, which could effectively protect all components from external contamination.

2.Double-stage filtration formed by pre-filter and fine flter, with a filtration area 200% larger , longer service life and an optional dehydrating filter element.The coarse filter at the suction port protects the oil pump and extends the service life of the main filter.

3.Filter element made of high precision filter material, which was given by a larger filtration area and advanced structure design.

4.Overflow protection device, which can effectively protect the safety of the hydraulic system.

5.Thermal relay protection, which could prevent motor damage caused by motor overload.

6.Quick-opening structure, which means that no special tools are needed to open the upper cover and replace the filter element.

7.The panel is equipped with a pressure gauge, which could continuously indicates the operating status of the system and the pollution degree of the filter element during work.
