The oil purifiers produced by different companies have different brands, different performances, and different prices. We hereby remind all users: Regarding which oil filter to use, it is recommended to communicate with the technician what oil needs to be treated (hydraulic oil? Refrigeration oil? Cutting oil? Impurities still need to remove impurities as well as water and other functions; in addition, what are the specifications for impurity removal, the actual working conditions corresponding to each factory are different, and the purification schemes that will be used are different, which can only be known according to the actual situation.

Electromagnetic Oil Cleaner/Electrostatic Oil Cleaner:
A. Principle: The electrostatic magnetic field makes the impurities in the oil have positive and negative charges, and the principle of opposites attracts the impurities to the filter element.
B. Advantages: 1. Compared with the traditional pressure oil filter, the filter element has a longer replacement period and a larger slag capacity. 2. Small footprint, easy to use.
C. Disadvantages: 1. There can be no water and water removal. When the water content in the oil is large, the voltage cannot be increased and the purification effect or the effect will be weakened. 2. The filtration efficiency is slow, and it takes about 8-12 hours to filter a barrel of oil. 3. The flow rate is small, the larger the flow rate, the worse the adsorption effect. Generally 8-20L/min. 4. Maintenance - complex and dangerous in high voltage electric fields.
Vacuum oil filter:
A. Principle: The oil is heated to above 60℃ in the vacuum tank to evaporate the water, and the impurities are filtered by the filter element in multiple stages by pressure.
B. Advantages: 1. The processing speed is fast, the flow rate is large, and the flow rate per minute is 30L-200L. 2. Vacuum heating can remove water.
C. Disadvantages: 1. The machine is bulky, covers a large area, and is complicated to operate, and workers are reluctant to use it. 2. Large energy consumption, high power, heating power of 15-80KW, the pressure causes the filter element to be replaced frequently, and the use cost is high. 3. Vacuum heating dehydration is generally heated to about 60 ℃ or above, which is easy to cause oil aging.
Centrifugal oil purifier:
A. Principle: Relying on the rotation to generate centrifugal force to shake off the large particles or sludge in the oil.
B. Advantages: 1. No consumables. 2. It is suitable for dealing with very dirty oil or impurities with large particles. 3. Small footprint, large slag capacity, suitable for on-line purification on the host.
C. Disadvantages: 1. The filtration efficiency is low, and it is a qualitative but incomplete quantitative product. It needs to be filtered online for a long time, but it is difficult to increase the NAS grade of the filtered oil. 2. It is impossible to remove the water in the oil, and it is difficult to separate the small impurities below 50 microns.
Box type oil purifier (mainly recommended):
A. Principle: Non-pressure reverse osmosis purification, the large impurities are filtered out through the PP filter element in the early stage, and the micro impurities and water are removed through the lipophilic and hydrophobic filter material in the latter stage.
B. Advantages: 1. High efficiency, obvious effect after circulating purification, and the effect reaches the new oil standard. 2. Low cost: the average filter cost is less than 0.1 yuan per liter of oil. 3. It is not necessary to heat to remove water to avoid oil aging caused by high temperature. 4. Functional, safe, easy to use and maintain.
C. Disadvantages: 1. Not suitable for direct purification of oil with high viscosity, such as high viscosity gear oil above 200. 2. Oil with a water content greater than 3% needs to be purified after precipitation. 3. Due to the principle of pressureless penetration, the flow rate is only 2-30L/min.

- Unlike conventional filters, the L.O Purifier using the electrostatic ion principle adopts a circulating and cleaning method in which all foreign matters within oil are inhaled by an electrostatic dielectric while contaminated oil passes between electrodes, is attached to the collector and removed, and then only clean oil is flown into the tank.
