A trolley for lube and dielectric insulation oil filtration and purification
The trolley is an on-site portable filtration unit designed for removal of solid particles from lube and dielectric insulation oils with viscosity of no more than 70 cSt at 50°C/122°F.
Ambient conditions for operation:
ambient temperature (+10°C to +35°C);
pressure 84 to 106.7 kPa;
elevation up to 2000 meters/6561 feet above sea level;
explosion and fire safe area.
The trolley is an on-site filtration cart featuring an adsorption filter that is designed for: removal of solid particulate matter; removal of ash; removal of dissolved water; removal of water-soluble acids; and removal of alkali from industrial oil with viscosity of no more than 70 cSt at 50°C.
Operating ambient conditions: ambient temperature +10 to +35°C/ ; pressure 84 to106.7 kPa; max elevation above sea level 2000 meters; Explosion and fire-proof area.

This oil filter includes a special gear pump driven by a motor. It has the characteristics of low field sound, strong self- priming ability, and stable operation.
The high-pressure pipeline is equipped with overflow protection device a. It can efetively protect the safety of the hydraulic system.
Use thermal relay protection to prevent the motor from being damaged due to motor overload.
The coarse filter at the suction port protects the oil pump and extends the service life of the main flter.
There is a two-stage fine filter behind the pump to make the oil quickly reach a high degree of cleanliness.
Different precision for the fine filter can be chosen according to the dffrent needs of users to achieve the required results.
The primary flter can filter out larger particles and impurities, and the secondary flter can fiter out fine particles or water.
The oil filter housing adopts a quick- opening structure. No special tools are needed to quickly open the upper cover and replace the flter element.
The panel is equpped with a pressure gauge, which continuously indicates the operating status of the system and the pollution degree of the flter element during work.
