Our portable hydraulic and lubrication filter cart/trolley is ideal for hydraulic fluids (ISO VG22 ~ ISOVG68). Our portable hydraulic and lubrication filter cart/trolley is designed for filtering new fluids during transfer and replenishment, flushing fluids already in service, removing particulate and water contamination, and conditioning bulk oil before use. The two stage filtration offers the advantage of removing both particulate and water contamination. We also offer a particle counter as well as 3-Stage By-Pass option.
The portable hydraulic and lubrication filter cart/trolley is constructed with a strong, lightweight aluminum cart with puncture-resistant tires. It is available with china-made rated Microglass and Water Absorbing filter elements. It also includes oil sampling ports on the inlet and outlet connections to provide ISO 4406 code comparisons. This will allow you to meet your target ISO cleanliness codes and prolong the life of your equipment and fluids.
How clean is the new oil? On average new oil delivered from a drum has a cleanliness level of ISO cleanliness code of 22/21/19. Water content from new oil averages 200 to 300 PPM.
The SFC Filter Cart is available with a Mechanical Pump and Motor combination as a standard. A Pneumatic Pump with Pulsation Dampener is available as an option.

This oil filter includes a special gear pump driven by a motor. It has the characteristics of low field sound, strong self- priming ability, and stable operation.
The high-pressure pipeline is equipped with overflow protection device a. It can efetively protect the safety of the hydraulic system.
Use thermal relay protection to prevent the motor from being damaged due to motor overload.
The coarse filter at the suction port protects the oil pump and extends the service life of the main flter.
There is a two-stage fine filter behind the pump to make the oil quickly reach a high degree of cleanliness.
Different precision for the fine filter can be chosen according to the dffrent needs of users to achieve the required results.
The primary flter can filter out larger particles and impurities, and the secondary flter can fiter out fine particles or water.
The oil filter housing adopts a quick- opening structure. No special tools are needed to quickly open the upper cover and replace the flter element.
The panel is equpped with a pressure gauge, which continuously indicates the operating status of the system and the pollution degree of the flter element during work.
