This oil filter includes a special gear pump driven by a motor. It has the characteristics of low field sound, strong self- priming ability, and stable operation.
The high-pressure pipeline is equipped with overflow protection device a. It can efetively protect the safety of the hydraulic system.
Use thermal relay protection to prevent the motor from being damaged due to motor overload.
The coarse filter at the suction port protects the oil pump and extends the service life of the main flter.
There is a two-stage fine filter behind the pump to make the oil quickly reach a high degree of cleanliness.
Different precision for the fine filter can be chosen according to the dffrent needs of users to achieve the required results.
The primary flter can filter out larger particles and impurities, and the secondary flter can fiter out fine particles or water.
The oil filter housing adopts a quick- opening structure. No special tools are needed to quickly open the upper cover and replace the flter element.
The panel is equpped with a pressure gauge, which continuously indicates the operating status of the system and the pollution degree of the flter element during work.
Features
-Mobile fuel filters and oliefilters have 2-step cleaning
-Removal of water, sludge and particles down to 10 μm in size. By opening the drain valve, these contaminants can be easily drained. A water separator can be used separately.
-The fuel optimizer (optional) decontaminates and stabilizes diesel fuel. The formation of tank sludge is prevented and reversed.
-The ultra-fine filter cleans diesel fuel and light hydraulic oil down to a particle size of 0.5 μm and absorbs water at the same time. The diesel fuel is then 98% free of particles and water.
-The mobile filter system consists of high-quality components. The connections and pipes are standardized hydraulic parts. The system is mounted on a heavy-duty stairclimber for ease of mobility. A large drip tray is installed.
