Moveable 3 stage oil filter machine
This series moveable oil filter machine is a portable oil purifier and oil filling machine, also know as oil transfer machine; it is equipped with three-stage purification normally, but it can be designed to equip with 1 to 4 stages filters based on different needs, portable, easy to operate, very low price, no need of purification paper, no contamination to the ground. It is customizible, the machine can effectively purify the tiny and fine mechanical impurity min oil, enabling it to be a prior choice of power industry, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, mechanics and railway for oil filling, oil drawing and high precision impurity removal of mutual inductor, lathe, and oil breaker which do not use large quantity of oil.

This oil filter includes a special gear pump driven by a motor. It has the characteristics of low field sound, strong self- priming ability, and stable operation.
The high-pressure pipeline is equipped with overflow protection device a. It can efetively protect the safety of the hydraulic system.
Use thermal relay protection to prevent the motor from being damaged due to motor overload.
The coarse filter at the suction port protects the oil pump and extends the service life of the main flter.
There is a two-stage fine filter behind the pump to make the oil quickly reach a high degree of cleanliness.
Different precision for the fine filter can be chosen according to the dffrent needs of users to achieve the required results.
The primary flter can filter out larger particles and impurities, and the secondary flter can fiter out fine particles or water.
The oil filter housing adopts a quick- opening structure. No special tools are needed to quickly open the upper cover and replace the flter element.
The panel is equpped with a pressure gauge, which continuously indicates the operating status of the system and the pollution degree of the flter element during work.
