Trolley oil purifier
Working principle: Coalescence and demulsification, vacuum separation to remove water and degassing, step-by-step precision filtration to remove acid and impurities.
Main body material: high carbon steel, 304 stainless steel can be made.
The filtration of lubricant has long been acknowledged as Industries best practice to ensure fluid systems are maintained to ISO cleanliness specifications.
Off line filtration of the lubricant during equipment operation is the preferred method in removal of solid contaminants from most operating systems and or compartments. This method is preferred over draining and replenishment, no down time is experienced as the equipment remains operational, lubricant purchases and waste removal is significantly reduced.
Our filter systems comply with AS1940 in order to meet OH&S and Environmental requirements under Federal Law and we tailor design modules to meet the individual needs or our broad customer base.

This oil filter includes a special gear pump driven by a motor. It has the characteristics of low field sound, strong self- priming ability, and stable operation.
The high-pressure pipeline is equipped with overflow protection device a. It can efetively protect the safety of the hydraulic system.
Use thermal relay protection to prevent the motor from being damaged due to motor overload.
The coarse filter at the suction port protects the oil pump and extends the service life of the main flter.
There is a two-stage fine filter behind the pump to make the oil quickly reach a high degree of cleanliness.
Different precision for the fine filter can be chosen according to the dffrent needs of users to achieve the required results.
The primary flter can filter out larger particles and impurities, and the secondary flter can fiter out fine particles or water.
The oil filter housing adopts a quick- opening structure. No special tools are needed to quickly open the upper cover and replace the flter element.
The panel is equpped with a pressure gauge, which continuously indicates the operating status of the system and the pollution degree of the flter element during work.
