Portable oil filtering machine

Oil filter procedure:
Primary filtration ---- oil inlet ---- pressure control ---- fine filtration ---- oil outlet
Primary filtration part: Large particles of impurities are directly visible and easy to remove in time.
Pressure control is to prevent the oil outlet pipeline from being blocked, and the oil pressure is too high to cause equipment failure.
The fine filter adopts a special filter element as the filter bed, and the effect is quite good.
Operating procedures:
Connect the power cord before operating the procedure.
When starting up, pay attention to whether the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the direction of the arrow on the pump cover.
When the filter is working normally, you should always pay attention to whether the pointer of the pressure gauge is normal. Generally, the working pressure is 0---0.39MPa. If the pressure exceeds 0.39MPa, it means that the filter element has a lot of dirt and water and should be replaced or cleaned.
In order to ensure whether the filtered oil is qualified, oil samples can be taken at any time for measurement.
After filtering, clean the filter screen and put it in the clean fuel tank for storage.
Maintenance and Safety Requirements:
1. Always keep the machine clean.
2. When using the filter, the machine must be grounded with wires to prevent electric shock.
3. Pay attention to whether the connecting bolts of the motor and the bracket are loose.
If you find that the oil filter is insufficient, you can check the following aspects:
(1). Whether the suction pipe, the primary filter and the pipe joint are leaking;
(2). The suction pipe is too long or the pipe diameter does not meet the requirements;
(3). Whether the oil inlet pipe or the primary filter screen is blocked.
