Miniature portable oil purifier unit
Miniature portable oil purifier unit is also called portable oil filter. It is composed of a special gear pump driven by a motor and a filter. The oil suction port is equipped with a coarse filter to protect the oil pump and prolong the service life of the main filter. It is used for impurity filtration and oil transportation of fluids such as transformer oil, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, and turbine oil. It is suitable for field portable operation and high-altitude operation. Filter the oil while refueling and pumping the hydraulic lubrication system.
Maintenance
1. The machine mainly adopts the mechanical filtration method, and gradually reduces the density of the filter screen to achieve the purpose of improving the filtration accuracy. It can be seen that during the working process of the equipment, the first-stage filtration is easy to be blocked by impurities, and there will be a Oil is less than oil.
Treatment method: Remove the upper cover of the first-stage filter, take out the filter screen, and clean it with the same type of cleaning oil, and then the work can be restored.
2. If the lift is too high during the refueling process, the temperature of the motor will rise rapidly and the noise of the oil pump will increase.
