Product principle

Filtration: The oil first passes through the magnetic suction filter with an accuracy of 150 microns in the system to protect the oil pump from being damaged by large particle pollutants, and then the oil enters the high-efficiency pre-filter, and then enters the protection after coalescing, separation and dehydration. The fine filter is processed to ensure that the cleanliness of the oil entering the user's fuel tank reaches the design target.

Coalescing: When the oil passes through the equipment, it first enters the coalescing system. Due to the special molecular structure of the coalescing filter element material, the emulsified water and free water in the oil are coalesced into larger water droplets after passing through the system. It sinks into the water storage tank under the action of gravity.

Separation: The oil passing through the coalescing system re-enters the separation system. Previously, the water droplets with larger gravity have sunk into the water storage tank, but there are still small water droplets entering the separation system with the oil under the action of inertia. The separation filter element is made of hydrophobic material specially developed by Dingneng. When the oil-water mixture passes through the filter element, the water droplets are blocked from the outside and gather together to form water droplets and sink, while the oil enters the filter element and finally discharges from the net oil port.

Drainage: The separated water is stored in the water storage tank, which can be discharged by manual visual inspection, or automatically discharged by an oil-water interface meter.
