Product features

Petrochemical and other industrial and mining enterprises to filter moisture, gas and impurity particles in transformer oil, turbine oil, hydraulic oil and other oils.

Impurities can generally meet the requirements after multi-stage mechanical filtration, and it is difficult to achieve the ideal level after repeated separation of water and gas in the oil. Therefore, the core part of the vacuum oil purifier is the vacuum degassing and dehydration separation system. The separation effect and efficiency of a vacuum oil filter mainly depend on the performance of the separation tank, and the performance of the separation tank mainly depends on the form of oil in it.

Domestic VACUUM DEHYDRATION UNITS & OIL FILTRATION SYSTEMS can be summed up into three types, namely volume, mist, and oil film.

The volumetric separation process is the simplest. Its characteristic is that the oil forms a whole state in the separation tank that fills the tank wall. When the space above the oil is evacuated, the water vapor is only volatilized from the top, and the volatilization area is small and the efficiency is very low.
