By utilizing specially processed walnut shell as the filter media, the walnut shell filter could be given high adsorption ability and removal rate. 

Owing to its oil-friendly nature, the walnut shell was made to rub each other during the agitating process of backwash, thus leaving good chemical stability and being propitious to the long-term reliability of filter's performance. 

To replace the ordinary water distribution sieve pipe, block-preventing maze has been adopted as a proprietary technology, making the blockage of the filter which occurs with change of water quality and run duration be avoided during its operation.
