Candle filter is a fully automatic batch filter with vertical filter elements arranged in the pressure tank. It is ideally suitable for the filtration of liquids containing a low level of solid content. Candle filter has gradually become the mainstream way of filtering, which replaced the pressure type and bag type filtration.
Owing to its highly automatic control, the continuity of manufacturing could be ensured. And the risk of production accidents could be greatly reduced.
Higher capacity, various processing methods of filter cake were given by its compact structure and multiple porous filter elements inside of the airtight container.

Features:

Applications:
1. Food industry: Be used for the filtration of portuguese syrup; decolor filtration of citric acid, apple acid, sulfuric acid and lactic acid; filtration of lycopene; decolor filtration of MSG; fine filtration of yeast and soybean protein; fine filtration of various fruit juice; soy sauce and vinegar filtration; fine filtration of wine and beverage; fine filtration of wool oil, cooking oil and blend oil.
2. Pharmaceutical industry: Be used for the filtration of bio-pharmaceutical industry; filtration of fermentation liquid; filtration of crystallization body; filtration of mother liquid or suspension; filtration and recovery of catalytic agent.
3. Chemical industry: Be used for the filtration and recovery of pesticide intermediate; filtration of titanium dioxide and black powder in the waste plastic and tire refining; filtration of straw biomass oil; filtration and recovery of PTA parent liquid; filtration of high purity alumina; filtration of white oil solvent oil; filtration of filter aid (activated carbon, white soil, diatomite, perlite, etc.), filtration in the amine desulfurization & decarbonization process; filtration and recovery of PTA, PVC powder; filtration of inorganic salt production, etc.
