Y-shaped pipeline basket strainer is one type of pipeline basket strainers, which is often installed on the inlet of pump, compressor or the pipe in front of flow meter, so as to protect these devices from solid impurities.

It is suitable for the filtration of liquids and gaseous fluids in the manufacture of chemical industry, petrochemical industry and light industry.

1.Double-layer stainless steel mesh structure, which is sturdy and durable, leading to smaller flow resistance, more advanced structure, and better drainage. 

2.Able to be used for a variety of medium including water, steam, oil products, nitric acid, urea, and oxidative medium. 

3.Able to be customized to different degrees of precision according to customers’ requirements. And the precision may differ with the filtering medium.

Applications:

1.Cooling water treatment: to reduce the occuring of sediment in the heat exchanger and maintain the cooling effect, in cooling tower, supplementary water system, air conditioning system, DC system water filtration.

2.Raw water treatment: to remove sand, bacteria, algae, organic matter from the surface river water, lake water, seawater, reservoir water, well water and groundwater. 

3.Industrial cycling use of water: to remove impurities from water and avoid blockage of pipes and nozzles in the equipment with certain  requirements for water quality, like cooling tower, mill, continuous casting machine, polishing, water pump, solenoid valve, ion exchanger, sprayer, heat exchanger, and drainage pipe of water supply system.
