Quartz sand filter could reduce the SDI value of water by removing the large-particle suspended matters, which could meet requirements of deep purification. By virtue of its simple structure, the machine is easier to operate backwash.

It would change the direction of water by adjusting 4 valves, and then drain the sewage by a blowdown valve. The conventional flushing would not stop until the spurted water becomes clean.

Applications:

1.Be used in the water systems with a requirement of turbidity ≤5mg/L which could meet the quality standards of drinking water, like industrial water, domestic water and municipal water supply system.

2.Removal of suspended matters and solid matters from industry sewage. 

3.Be regarded as pretreating devices in the softening desalting system by ion exchange method.

4.Work as a coarse filter in the industries which don’t have very high requirements for water quality.

5.Be used in the swimming pool circulation treatment system, cooling circulating water purification system, etc.
