The disc filter consists of a group of discs which are equipped with groove on the both sides, and the point of crossing of groove could intercept solid contents in water.

It possessed the function of interception and coagulation, which bring great progress to the filtering effect.

How to select the model of disc filter?

It depend on the different levels of initial water quality, the hoped-for water quality and the output per hour. 

Types of initial water quality:

(1) GOOD: The well water drawn from steady aquifer.

(2) COMMON: The Circulating cooling water; the surface water after sedimentation process; the sewage after sedimentation and totally biological treatment.

(3) SUB-STANDARD: The well water drawn from a dirty well or a well rich in Fe - Mn; the sewage after sedimentation lacking biological treatment; the surface water in which micro-organisms multiply fast.

(4) WORST: The surface water polluted by the flood which lack of any sedimentation processes; the sewage without sedimentation or biological treatment.
