Large-scale steam turbine speed control system widely uses phosphate ester fire-resistant oil as hydraulic working medium. Due to the influence of temperature, air impurities, moisture and operating conditions, the fire-resistant oil in operation will inevitably deteriorate. A thermal research institute in China has conducted in-depth research on the aging problem of fire-resistant oil in operation, and specially designed a fire-resistant oil on-line regeneration and dehydration device for this purpose. Reasonable configuration of regenerative filter element and precision particle filter has the characteristics of long service life and high filtration accuracy. In operation, as long as the on-line regeneration and dehydration device of anti-fuel oil is put into operation, the anti-fuel oil is regenerated, dehydrated and purified during operation, and each part of the filter element is replaced in time, so as to remove the harmful acid products, gum, colloid, etc. produced by the aging and deterioration of oil products.
