1. Oil inlet filter system: It consists of coarse filter, fine filter and special filter.
Its function is to filter the oil in advance. Coarse filter 40~100μ, fine filter 20~40μ, special filter 20~40μ. The special filter is set according to the special requirements of the user, such as adding a chemical agent inlet to remove the acidity or alkalinity of the oil; adopting the line-gap or glass brazing filter cloth structure to eliminate the oil foam. The selector valve should be closed when in use.
2. Vacuum pumping system: composed of vacuum pump, water separator, one-way valve and cooler.
Its function is to evacuate the vacuum tank to a vacuum negative pressure (usually 380~610 mmHg or lower), so that the water in the oil can be volatilized at a lower temperature; the extracted water vapor passes through the cooler and the water separator. Condensation and precipitation; one-way valve prevents the reverse rotation of the vacuum pump. The water separator and one-way valve cannot use general pneumatic components, and must use pneumatic components suitable for working under negative pressure. The cooler is generally a tower structure with a large volume, and is equipped with a multi-faceted hollow polypropylene plastic ball with good hydrophilic performance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and large total wet specific surface area. The hot and humid gas extracted from the vacuum tank enters the tower obliquely along the tangential direction of the tower wall, and the flow rate slows down sharply and forms a downward vortex airflow.
3.Vacuum breaking system: It consists of air inlet valve, drying filter and vacuum breaking valve.
Its function is to supplement the air and reduce the vacuum degree. Under the vacuum negative pressure, the water vapor content is easy to be saturated and difficult to extract. The air should be replenished periodically to destroy the saturation of the water vapor, so that the water vapor can be continuously volatilized in the vacuum tank for easy extraction. The on-off of the vacuum break valve is controlled by the signal of the liquid level controller. Filter driers are used in areas with high filtration accuracy and high humidity in the air. Dry filter agents such as calcium chloride, caustic soda, caustic potash, silica gel, and aluminum glue are added to the filter to remove the humidity of the supplemented air.
4. Vacuum spray system: It consists of heater, vacuum tank, sprayer, thermostat and liquid level gauge.
Its function is to heat the oil to a certain temperature, and then spray the oil out, so that the free water, emulsified water and dissolved water in the oil are volatilized in the vacuum tank. The heater has a serpentine armored heating tube heating method directly in the tank, which has a high thermal efficiency; a multi-straight tube series heating method, which is commonly used because it is easy to maintain the heating tube. Box-type far-infrared heating method, in this method, the oil is heated evenly, and the oil will not produce carbides and entropy changes that reduce the performance of the oil due to contact with the high-temperature heating tube. The sprinkler is a shower tent or spray pipe that is evenly covered with small holes of φ1~φ2. Because the small holes are easy to be blocked, the sprinkler should be easy to disassemble. After the oil temperature is measured at the temperature control point, the heater is turned on and off through the thermostat, so that the oil temperature is controlled at 45 oC ~75 oC. The liquid level controller has a float type, a float induction type outside the tank and an infrared control type. Four control points are set for the liquid level. The vacuum pump is stopped at the upper limit to prevent oil from entering the vacuum pump; the oil pump is stopped at the lower limit to avoid air suction of the oil pump; the vacuum breaking valve is opened at the middle and upper positions, and the vacuum breaking valve is closed at the middle and lower positions. 5. Oil filter system: It consists of oil pump, safety valve, metal filter (10~20μ), fine filter (5~10μ), and ultra-fine filter (1~5μ).
The main function is to extract the oil from the vacuum tank, and then return it to the working box (tank) after several fine filtrations. The oil well pump should generally use a hydraulic device with high self-priming vacuum, such as gear pump, screw pump, etc. The nominal displacement of the oil well pump is the main parameter of the oil purifier—nominal flow, and it is also the main parameter for the design and calculation of the oil purifier. . The metal filter element is a magnetic filter element to remove metal particles in the oil; fine filtration and ultra-fine filtration are generally sintered or glass brazing coalescence, non-woven material filter elements, and the filtration capacity of the filter element must be pumping. 3 to 5 times the nominal displacement of the oil pump. When the filter element is blocked, the safety valve automatically opens to protect the oil pump and filter device.
6. Recoil system: When the oil pressure reaches and exceeds a certain reading (0.25MPa), the indicator light will turn on and alarm, indicating that the oil filter element has been seriously blocked. At this time, the recoil system should be used to clean the filter element. Backflushing removes the accumulated contaminants on the filter element, allowing the filter element to be reused and prolonging the life of the filter element.
Connect the C and A ports with a hose, close the recoil lock valve b, open the oil outlet valve A, valve B, and valve C, open the oil pump, after the pressure oil passes through the A port from C, the oil outlet system Each filter spool is recoiled and then discharged through port B.
Close the recoil lock valves a, b and the selector valve, open the oil inlet valve D and the vacuum break valve, turn on the oil pump, open the safety valve, and then recoil the oil inlet filters, and then discharge through the D port to realize the realization of each inlet filter.
