The dielectric insulation oil filtration unit mini mobile skid removes solid particles, water and gases from dielectric insulation oil.
The dielectric insulation oil filtration unit mini mobile skid is used in the process of installation, repairs and operation of high voltage oil filled equipment (power transformers2, high voltage switches3 etc).
Operating conditions range:
ambient temperature from 278 to 313°К (+5 to + 35°C/ 8°F to 104°F);
atmospheric pressure 84 to 106.7 kPa (630 to 800 mm.hg);
elevation up to 2000 meters/6561 feet above sea level;
outdoors and under canopy;

This oil filter includes a special gear pump driven by a motor. It has the characteristics of low field sound, strong self- priming ability, and stable operation.
The high-pressure pipeline is equipped with overflow protection device a. It can efetively protect the safety of the hydraulic system.

The coarse filter at the suction port protects the oil pump and extends the service life of the main flter.
There is a two-stage fine filter behind the pump to make the oil quickly reach a high degree of cleanliness.
Different precision for the fine filter can be chosen according to the dffrent needs of users to achieve the required results.
The primary flter can filter out larger particles and impurities, and the secondary flter can fiter out fine particles or water.
The oil filter housing adopts a quick- opening structure. No special tools are needed to quickly open the upper cover and replace the flter element.
The panel is equpped with a pressure gauge, which continuously indicates the operating status of the system and the pollution degree of the flter element during work.
