Our Mineral oil series coalescing and separating purifier employs advanced coalescing and separating materials as the filtering medium, which integrates emulsification and precision filtration. Combined with a special oil-water separation device, it can effectively separate the water in the oil, the dehydration efficiency is extremely high. It can perform on-line demulsification, dehydration, and impurity-removal of turbine oil for the operating steam turbine unit, and can also dehydrate and remove impurities of light oil with high water content. This machine does not need to heat and evacuate during operation, it is low energy consumption and low operating cost. The trolley structure is adopted, which is light and flexible and easy to use.

Product features
- It integrates two functions of precision filtration and efficient dehydration.
- The water separation device adopts high-quality coalescence separation technology, and a special demulsifying device (water separation) is installed, which can not only quickly and efficiently separate a large amount of water in the oil, but also facilitate the removal of trace water; the self-developed jet degassing device can effectively remove water. Trace gas mixed in oil; condensate water automatic separation system is equipped with strong air cooler, which can quickly condense and separate a large amount of water vapor and other gases discharged from vacuum to achieve the effect of one-time separation.

- High-quality filter elements and connection sealing materials with corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and high mechanical strength are used; water ring vacuum pump imported from Germany is selected, and cooling liquid (or water) is used as the lubricating medium, so that gas is not afraid of entering the vacuum pump, and oil is used as the medium. The rotary vane vacuum pump has the trouble of frequent oil changes.
