The guide rail oil coalescing dewatering purifier is a skid-mounted independent oil purification and filtration system, which can be connected to the user's oil system for online circulation filtration, or can be moved to the oil processing station for offline oil filtration.
The guide rail oil coalescing dewatering purifier not only has the reliable function of filtering and dewatering oil, but also can conveniently switch the valve for oil pumping, oil filling and oil replenishment functions to meet the requirements of on-site use.
Most of the guide rail oils currently used in industry are processed by adding various petrochemical additives to the base oil through a special blending and refining process. Therefore, the process of the user putting the oil into operation is the process of consuming and wearing the additives in the oil. In this process, if the pollution of the oil is heavier and the working environment is worse, the consumption of the oil will be faster.
Application experience shows that: generally, if the user finds that the guide rail oil is contaminated, or finds that the cleanliness exceeds the standard, the guide rail oil in normal use should be purified and filtered immediately. You can save 2 times the cost of guide rail oil for users. Its production benefits cannot be estimated.
