Light oil coalescing dehydration device
The unqualified oil first enters the primary filtration, and the large particles of impurities are retained. The oil that removes the large particles of impurities is transported to the fine filter by the oil pump. After the small impurities are removed in the fine filter, it continues to enter the coalescing separator. Its internal molecular separation technology principle performs pressure-variable analysis on the oil, eliminates the intermolecular binding force, dissolves water, free water in the oil, quickly breaks the oil film and separates the oil molecules and separates out; completes dehydration and removes impurities, so as to achieve the required Moisture and cleanliness requirements.
A special fuel filter specially designed for the volatile characteristics of fuel. It integrates precision filtration and high-efficiency dehydration, which can effectively remove particulate impurities, emulsified water, and free water in the oil without heating. For oil containing a lot of water, the separation effect is particularly significant, and the separation speed is several to dozens of times that of the traditional speed. Filter the moisture and mechanical impurities in various light oils of the purifier, so as to purify and regenerate the oil.
