Hydraulic oil coalescing dehydration purifier
The coalescing dehydration oil filter integrates two functions of precision filtration and high-efficiency dehydration. The filter uses advanced "coalescence separation" technology for dehydration, with high dehydration efficiency and strong capacity, especially for the separation of a large amount of water in the oil. It has the incomparable advantages of vacuum method and centrifugal method, and can break all the oil-water emulsification structure in the medium.
The coalescence dehydration oil purifier uses high-efficiency filter material as the filter medium, and the design of the large filter area can effectively filter out extremely fine particles and impurities, so that the oil can reach a high degree of cleanliness.
The coalescing system is composed of a set of coalescing filter elements. The coalescing filter element adopts a unique polar molecular structure. After passing through the filter element, the free water and emulsified water in the oil are coalesced into larger water droplets, and then rely on gravity. Settled into the water storage tank under the action.
The separation filter element of the separation system is made of special hydrophobic material.
When the oil passes through the filter element, the water droplets are blocked on the outer surface of the filter element and coalesce with each other until they settle into the water storage tank due to the action of gravity.
The separated water is stored in the water storage tank. When the interface height reaches the set value, the valve is opened to discharge the water until it drops to the lower liquid level, and the valve is closed to stop the drainage.
