The anti-wear hydraulic oil vacuum oil purifier is a special equipment for hydraulic oil, lubricating oil and cooling oil that needs to remove a large amount of water and precise impurities. During the operation of machinery manufacturing equipment, water, dust and impurities will be mixed into the hydraulic oil, which will accelerate the oxidation of the oil, and help to generate foam, fouling and sludge formation, causing serious emulsification of the oil, making it difficult to separate oil and water, reducing oil production. There are three forms of existence of water in hydraulic oil: water-in-oil, oil-in-water and dissolved water. The small water droplets pass through the demulsification filter element in the demulsifier and then capillary condensation occurs, and the small water droplets become large water droplets and are separated from the oil, while the large water droplets are continuously accumulated at the bottom of the demulsifier by the action of gravity, discharged through the drain valve, and dissolved. The water is continuously evaporated by heating in a vacuum state, and is removed by a vacuum pump. After removing water, the oil goes through a fine filter to remove mechanical impurities, so as to achieve the purpose of comprehensively purifying the oil.
The oil is sucked into the heater by the vacuum negative pressure through the coarse filter, heated and sucked into the vacuum degassing tank for oil-water (gas) separation. Part of the water in the oil is discharged in the form of water vapor by the vacuum pump, and the oil is transported by the oil pump to the demulsifier for demulsification for re-separation of oil and water, and finally the purified oil is output through the fine filter.
