It can quickly remove moisture, gas and mechanical impurities in oil and restore the performance of lubricating oil.
When the oil filter works, the oil to be filtered enters the heater under the action of the external atmospheric pressure and the suction of the vacuum pump. The heated oil passes through the strong magnetic filter, and the metal particles and large particles of impurities are filtered out, containing The fine impurity particles enter the secondary and precision filters for re-filtration, and the oil with the impurities removed enters the three-dimensional vacuum flash tower. On the ring, a very thin oil film (thickness is 0.025mm) is formed, and the oil film curve moves downward, resulting in a larger aeration area and a time retention process of aeration, so as to carry out sufficient separation of demulsification, dehydration and degassing process. The mixed gas formed by the evaporated water vapor, light hydrocarbons and other gases enters the water-gas separation device, and the strong wind condenses into water and discharges it through the drainage device. The non-condensable gas is discharged through the vacuum pump, and the oil that removes moisture, gas and mechanical impurities enters the precision filter through the oil pump, and the particulate impurities in the oil are filtered out, which is the purified oil.
