This PTFE pleated filter cartridge is specially developed for final refining of new energy materials such as battery‑grade lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide. Targeting highly corrosive media in lithium salt production—including concentrated sulfuric acid, high‑chlorine brine, and strong alkaline lithium hydroxide solutions—it uses virgin PTFE microporous membrane as the core filtration media. Thanks to the outstanding chemical inertness of PTFE, the cartridge withstands a full pH range (1–14) and maintains structural integrity in harsh acid‑alkali environments, ensuring high filtrate purity and low impurities.
