High-flow PP filter cartridge for lithium battery circulating alkaline liquid is a high-flow filtration component designed for circulating alkaline liquid systems in lithium battery production. Core Materials
Filter Media: Polypropylene (PP) ultra-fine fiber with gradient aperture depth structure, formed by hot-melt welding without adhesive, no fiber shedding, suitable for strong alkaline environment.
Structural Parts: End caps, inner core and outer support skeleton are all made of polypropylene (PP), with acid and alkali resistance, stable structure, suitable for long-term circulating working conditions.
Seals: EPDM, FKM O-rings are optional, with good sealing adaptability to prevent bypass leakage.
Process Features: Integral hot-melt welding without secondary pollution; large-diameter pleated design with large effective filtration area and high dirt-holding capacity.
