The PTFE pleated filter cartridge for battery‑grade brine purification is a high‑purity filtration element specially developed for lithium extraction. It uses 100% pure PTFE microporous membrane, paired with polypropylene (PP) support layers, core and end caps. Manufactured by hot‑melt welding without adhesives, it eliminates media shedding and secondary contamination.

High Corrosion Resistance & Purity

PTFE membrane offers outstanding chemical inertness, resisting high‑salt brine, strong acids and alkalis (pH 1–14) and trace impurities. Zero ion precipitation ensures battery‑grade brine purity.

Precision & High‑Efficiency Filtration

Pleated structure provides large effective filtration area (≥0.75 ㎡ for 10″). Available in 0.1 μm, 0.22 μm, 0.45 μm, efficiently capturing fine particles, colloids and microbes to reduce turbidity and impurities.

Stable 

Operating temperature ≤90℃; maximum positive pressure 4.2 bar, reverse pressure 2.1 bar at 25℃, suitable for high‑temperature brine conditions. Supports repeated steam sterilization. 100% integrity tested before shipment.

High Flow & Low Pressure Drop

Optimized flow design delivers low initial pressure drop and high dirt‑holding capacity, ideal for continuous large‑flow brine purification, reducing replacement frequency and operating costs.

Applications

Designed for the refining stage in the production of battery‑grade lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide. Used for final fine filtration of salt‑lake brine and underground brine, removing solid particles, suspended solids and harmful impurities to stabilize subsequent evaporation, crystallization and extraction processes, helping lithium products meet industry purity standards.
