The vacuum oil filter is designed according to the principle of different boiling points of water and oil, it is composed of vacuum heating tank fine filter, condenser, primary filter, water tank, vacuum pump, oil discharge pump and electrical cabinet. Vacuum pump will vacuum tank air out to form a vacuum, the outside oil under the action of atmospheric pressure, through there inlet pipe into the primary filter, to remove the larger particles, and then into the heating tank, after heating and other 40 ~ 75 ℃ oil through the automatic oil drift valve, this valve is automatically control the amount of oil entering the vacuum tank in and out of balance.

After heating the oil liquid through the spray wing rapid rotation of the oil separation into semi-mist, the water in the oil rapid evaporation into water vapor and continuous by the vacuum pump into the condenser. The water vapor entering the condenser is cooled and then returned to the original water and released. The oil in the vacuum heating tank is discharged into the fine filter by the oil discharge pump and filtered out by the oil filter paper or filter element, thus completing the whole process of removing impurities, water and gas in the oil quickly by the vacuum oil filter, and making the clean oil discharged from the oil discharge.

Applications: Filtering new oil; filling and filtering new oil; purifying oil in use; bypass filtration when hydraulic lubrication systems are in operation.

Main functions: Dehydration, degassing, removal of mechanical impurities, in parallel with the regeneration device can also remove acid, decolorization, improve insulation strength.
