AOP-S series ultra-precision oil filter is developed by our LVDA R&D research team, used to remove impurities and free water in oil, and is widely used in the filtration of hydraulic oil, turbine oil and lubricating oil. Treatment can quickly separate the ultrafine particles and moisture in the oil. The equipment has built-in independent oil pump, vacuum gauge, pressure gauge and multiple filter cartridges in parallel. The equipment can continuously purify the oil, and the filtration precision can reach NAS3 level.
Equipment performance
1. The equipment is covered with delicate casing to protect the equipment from external pollution, especially suitable for occasions with high requirements for the use environment.
2. Equipped with leakage and overload protection shutdown device to protect the motor.
3. Equipped with overpressure protection device to protect the hydraulic system.
4. The oil outlet of the oil pump is equipped with a refueling and filtering device, which is convenient for refueling or filtering.
5. There is a filter element blockage alarm signal, and the staff can be prompted to replace the filter element after the filter element is blocked.
6. Equipped with a time relay controller, which can automatically stop at a set time.
7. It is connected in parallel with n ultra-precision filters by independent oil pump, pressure gauge and special distributor.
8. The oil suction port coarse filter protects the oil pump and prolongs the service life of the main filter.

1. The filter element of the filter system abandons the traditional folding design and adopts a special winding design, which greatly increases the filter area;
