Stainless steel folded mesh for lithium ore extraction is a high-precision filter element specially designed for lithium ore deep processing. It adapts to highly corrosive, high-temperature and high-solid conditions such as acid leaching, neutralization and crystallization, and is used for plate-and-frame pressure filtration, precision filtration and fluid purification to achieve high-precision screening, high strength and easy cleaning & regeneration.

Material & Structure

Made of 304 / 316L stainless steel, acid-alkali resistant, heat-resistant (≤200°C) and anti-corrosive. Precision woven in plain or twill weave with uniform openings (10–300 mesh optional), wire diameter 0.1–1.0mm. The folded corrugated structure increases filtration area by 3–5 times, featuring high porosity, low flow resistance and strong dirt-holding capacity. Edges are treated with argon arc welding and mechanical edging for firmness and crack resistance, fitting standard and non-standard filter frame sizes.

Performance

Corrosion & Abrasion Resistance: Suitable for complex media such as lithium ore acid leaching solution and alkali precipitation solution, resistant to hard particle erosion, service life is 5–10 times that of ordinary filter cloth.

High-Efficiency Filtration: Stable precision (5–200μm), captures ultra-fine lithium salt particles, high filtrate clarity, prevents leakage and clogging.

Easy Cleaning & Regeneration: Smooth metal surface is non-sticky, cleanable by high-pressure water or ultrasonic, reusable to reduce consumable cost.

High Temperature & Pressure Resistance: Withstands 180°C and 0.6MPa pressure difference, no deformation or detachment, suitable for harsh working conditions.

Applications & Advantages

Widely used in fine filtration of spodumene / lepidolite acid leaching residue, crystallization separation of lithium carbonate / lithium hydroxide, mother liquor recovery and impurity removal. It features high flux, low clogging, long service life and recyclability, reduces downtime and replacement, improves lithium extraction efficiency and lowers energy consumption.
