Wire wound filter element: The wire wound filter element is made of textile fiber thread (degreased cotton thread, polypropylene fiber thread, etc.) wound on the framework according to honeycomb type wire. Melt blown PP cotton filter element: It is usually used in the first stage of water purifier filtration. The PP cotton filter element is made of colorless and tasteless food grade polypropylene particles, which are melted at high temperature, sprayed and drawn into a tubular filter element. Generally, the structure is sparse outside and dense inside, which can effectively remove various particle impurities in the filtered liquid; The structure is a multi-layer deep structure, so the sewage holding capacity is large.
Microporous folding filter element: the microporous folding filter element is made of microporous filter membrane of different materials and non-woven fabric or (wire mesh) internal and external support layers. The filter material edge seal, fixed inner core outer cover, central rod and end cover of the filter element shell are formed by hot melt welding technology, without any adhesive, leakage and secondary pollution. The microporous folding filter element is widely used for precision filtration of many media, such as medicine, chemical industry and energy.
The large flow filter element is also called the large flow filter element, because its flow is greater than that of other filter elements, which is commonly called the large flow filter element. Because its process is made of the inner and outer frames made of polypropylene, as well as a variety of materials such as filter membrane, filter paper, silk screen, non-woven fabric, etc., after folding, it is suitable for most water treatment situations. It is mainly used for pretreatment system of various environments and pretreatment of large reverse osmosis equipment.
Activated carbon filter element: 1) Compressed carbon filter element: the filter element uses high-quality activated carbon as raw material, and is formed by warm compression. The inside and outside of the filter element are respectively wrapped with a layer of non-woven fabric with filtering effect, and both ends are end caps made of PP material.
2) Granular live carbon filter element: the filter cartridge and end cover are made of PP material, filled with various high-quality granular carbon materials, and the whole sealing technology of hot-melt welding is adopted.
