Battery grade lithium carbonate high flow PP pleated filter is a high-precision, high-flow filtration element specially designed for the purification process of battery grade lithium carbonate. Made of food-grade polypropylene (PP) material through hot-melt welding and high-density pleating process, it is free of adhesives and metal pollution, meeting the high cleanliness requirements of battery-grade products.

Structural Design

Adopting large diameter (φ152mm) + long specification (40/60 inches) design, the single filter area reaches 40 ㎡, 4-6 times that of traditional filters. With gradient aperture depth filtration structure (loose outside and dense inside), it retains impurities step by step, and the dirt holding capacity is increased by more than 50%. All-PP structure with outside-in flow direction, compatible with high-flow filter housings, easy to install.

High Cleanliness: Complies with FDA standards, extremely low extractables, eliminates secondary pollution, and ensures lithium carbonate purity meets battery-grade standards.

High Flow & Low Pressure Drop: 60-inch filter water flux ≥40m³/h, initial pressure drop ≤0.05MPa, reducing energy consumption and equipment footprint.

Chemical Corrosion Resistance: Withstands pH 1-13, suitable for lithium carbonate feed liquid (weakly alkaline) and acid-base cleaning conditions.

Optional Precision: 1/5/10μm precision, β value ≥1000, effectively intercepts tiny particles and colloidal impurities.

Temperature & Pressure Resistance: Long-term ≤80℃, short-term 90℃; maximum working pressure 0.3MPa, recommended replacement pressure drop 0.2MPa.

Application Advantages

Specially designed for the refining section of battery-grade lithium carbonate, used for terminal fine filtration of feed liquid and mother liquor recovery filtration. It removes trace solid particles, impurity ions and colloids, improving product purity and consistency. Service life is 2-4 times that of ordinary filters, reducing replacement frequency and production costs.
