Hankison precision filter element is the core component of compressed air treatment. E9 class - Separation filter element

E7 class - Main circuit filter
It is suitable for filtering out wavy water and oil. It can filter out solid particles as small as 1 micron and reach 1.0PPMW/W residual powder content. E5 class - High Efficiency Oil Removal Filter
It is suitable for coalescing extremely fine water vapor and oil mist, and can filter out solid particles as small as 0.01 microns, reaching 0.01PPMW/W residual oil content, and almost all moisture, dust and oil are removed. Stage 1 multi-layer fibrous media and media strainer,can filter out larger particles, filter the air before it enters the second stage of filtration. The second level of multi-layer bonded fiber media can filter out fine agglomerates and is generally used before the E3 filter and suction dryer, and after the cold dryer, which can protect the air and ensure that there is no oil in the air.
E3 class - High efficiency oil removal filter
It is suitable for coalescing very fine water vapor and oil mist. It can filter out solid particles as small as 0.01 micron and reach 0.001PPMW/W residual oil content. The first stage is for filtration and airflow dispersion. The second stage is multi-layer adhesive Synthetic fiber media, which can filter out fine agglomerates. It is generally used before E1 filtration and suction dryers, and after cold dryers, for protection purposes to ensure that there is no oil in the air.
E1 class - Oil removal and deodorization filter element
It is suitable for filtering oil vapor and hydrocarbon vapor. It can filter solid particles as small as 0.01 microns and reach 003PPMW/W residual oil content，without moisture, dust and oil.It plays the role of the last filter. The first-level is a very fine activated carbon powder stable layer, which can filter out most of the oil vapor, and the second-level is a multi-layer fiber medium bonded micro-fine activated carbon powder. It can filter out residual vapors and is used in some units that must use high-quality air, such as food industry, respiratory industry, aseptic packaging, etc.
