Working principle: Coalescence separation to remove water, multi-stage high-flux precision filtration

The negative pressure of the oil supply pump drives the oil through the coarse filter to intercept impurities larger than 60 microns. Then the oil enters the strainer, and the impurities larger than 20 microns are filtered out. When the oil passes through the fine filter, the filtration precision can reach 3 microns. After the third filtration, the oil enters the aggregation and separation system. When the oil enters the coalescing system, the first choice is to pass through the coalescing element. The coalescing element has two functions: demulsification and coalescence. When passing through the demulsification layer, the emulsification degree of the oil is reduced, and the water is in a free state; when passing through the coalescing layer, the Small droplets coalesce to form large droplets. According to the specific gravity difference between oil and water, the water naturally settles in the reservoir at the bottom of the coalescing separation system. When the unsettled water passes through the separation element intermittently, the polymer material on the surface of the separation element has a strong repelling effect on the water, and the water is intercepted outside the separation element. The oil continues to flow out through the separation element and becomes pure oil.

This machine is specially designed for coalescing filter element made of hydrophilic material and dewatering mercury filter made of hydrophobic material, and is optimized after configuration according to a certain proportion. According to the different physical effects of the water mixed into the oil, the free water and emulsified water in the oil are coalesced into water droplets with larger diameters after passing through the coalescing filter element, and then a large number of water droplets are separated by the dehydration filter element. The lower settlement is automatically drained in the water storage tank to complete a separation of oil and water. This equipment integrates the functions of automatic demulsification, high-efficiency dehydration, and precision filtration, which can effectively filter out the moisture and impurities in the oil.
