Specifications

Filter Media: High-efficiency fiberglass (glass microfiber) mesh supported by a rigid steel inner core to prevent collapse under high differential pressure.

Purpose: Removes metallic wear debris, carbon deposits, and sludge. Because screw compressors rely heavily on high-pressure oil for sealing, cooling, and bearing lubrication, this filter is critical to preventing rotor scoring.

Sealing & Pressure: Ships with specialized synthetic rubber O-rings compatible with fluorinated refrigerants. Built to withstand high operating pressures up to 30 bar (435 psi).

Fluid Compatibility: Fully compatible with R134a refrigerant and synthetic Polyolester (POE) lubricants typically used in the 30HXC series.
