The 1517.062 is a high-efficiency oil separator / coalescing filter element primarily designed for industrial refrigeration compressors.

Purpose: It acts as a coalescing filter. It merges fine oil mists and droplets carried by the refrigerant gas into larger droplets, separating them from the gas stream. This protects downstream equipment and recovers compressor oil.

Application: Widely used in large-scale industrial screw compressors and chilling units operating with Ammonia (R717) or various Freon refrigerants.
