This filter cloth is specially designed for the critical process in lithium battery raw material extraction—acid leaching and pressure filtration of lepidolite and spodumene, providing an efficient and stable solid-liquid separation solution.

Targeting the characteristics of strong acidity, high corrosiveness and fine particles in this working condition, we adopt high-quality polypropylene (PP) or polyester (PET) monofilament or multifilament as raw materials, processed through precision weaving technology to ensure stable performance in harsh chemical environments.

Excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance: Optimized especially for strong acid environments such as sulfuric acid, with a wide pH adaptation range (1-14). It can withstand long-term chemical erosion during acid leaching, effectively resist chemical impact from neutralization and removal of iron and aluminum residues, and extend service life.

High strength and wear resistance: With high breaking strength and elongation at break, it can withstand high-pressure extrusion and repeated friction of plate and frame filter presses, not easy to break or deform, ensuring stable continuous production.

Efficient filtration precision: Mesh size ranges from 30 to 120 mesh (customizable according to specific process requirements), with uniform pore distribution. It ensures filtrate clarity and good water permeability, shortening filtration cycle and improving production efficiency.
