Filter cloth for plate-and-frame press in lithium ore extraction is the core filtration medium for plate-and-frame filter presses in processing spodumene, lepidolite and other lithium‑bearing ores. Specially engineered for high‑solids, ultra‑fine particle and alternating acid‑alkali ore slurries, it delivers efficient solid‑liquid separation and low‑moisture filter cake recovery.

Material & Structure

Made of high‑tenacity polyester (PET) or polypropylene (PP), woven with advanced machinery and heat‑set for dimensional stability and high tensile strength. Features a multi‑layer gradient microporous structure: dense smooth surface layer and porous permeable base, balancing high‑precision retention and fast drainage, effectively preventing clogging and bypass of ultra‑fine lithium ore particles (5–20 μm).

Performance

Corrosion & Abrasion Resistance: Resists acids and alkalis, withstands temperatures up to 90 °C, suitable for acid leaching, alkali precipitation and harsh conditions; durable against abrasive particles.

High Filtration Efficiency: Filtration rating 100–500 mesh (customizable), liquid recovery ≥85%, low cake moisture, easy cake release and cleaning.

Leak‑proof Sealing: Vulcanized or ultrasonic sealed edges with custom gaskets ensure good pressure retention and prevent slurry leakage; fits standard and non‑standard plate frames 500–1500 mm.
