Large flow pleated filter cartridge for lithium extraction from salt lake brine features high flow rate, high salt resistance, long service life and easy replacement. Specially designed for high‑salinity brine applications, it is used for pre‑membrane security filtration to protect downstream lithium extraction membrane elements.

Product Overview

Application: Pretreatment of salt lake brine (high salinity, high chlorine, containing sediment / colloids / trace heavy metals). Removes suspended solids, colloids and organic matter to prevent fouling of reverse osmosis / nanofiltration membranes and improve lithium recovery rate.

Applicable Conditions: High salinity (TDS 30,000–300,000 mg/L), pH 4–10, temperature ≤80℃, containing trace corrosive ions (Cl⁻, SO₄²⁻, Mg²⁺).

Core Advantages: High flow rate per cartridge (replaces multiple standard cartridges), high dirt‑holding capacity, salt & corrosion resistance, low pressure drop, long service life, easy replacement.

Structure & Materials

Filter Membrane: Polypropylene (PP) pleated membrane (salt resistant, acid & alkali resistant, fouling resistant); fiberglass composite available for enhanced rigidity.

Support / Drainage Layer: PP non‑woven fabric + high‑strength PP inner / outer mesh, anti‑deformation, ensures smooth flow channels.

End Caps: Fiberglass reinforced PP (high strength, anti‑aging).

Connections: 222 / 226 / bayonet (compatible with 3M / PALL universal connections).

Core Rod: PP (metal‑free, prevents brine corrosion).

Seals: EPDM / FKM, salt resistant, temperature resistant, anti‑aging; U‑shaped sealing groove prevents bypass.
