There is an internal by-pass valve in spin-on air compressor oil filter. Once the differential pressure over the oil filter becomes too big, the by-pass valve will open, and allow the oil to flow, without going through the oil filter, sending unfiltered oil to the screw element and the bearings. The thought behind this is ‘better dirty or than no oil.

1.Using standard strength steel, galvanized anti-corrosion treatment, can withstand higher pressure.

2.The filter material adopts imported glass fiber papers, which has a long service life, guarantees the filtering effect and reduces fuel consumption.

3.Structure: The outer is metal nets, inside is high densite fiber glass and gas separation material, most inside is the metal nets, flange connection with sealing ring.
