Product Details

This filter is used for fine filtration of return oil in hydraulic system, to remove metal particles produced by wear of components in hydraulic system and rubber impurities of seals and other pollutants, so as to keep the oil flowing back to the tank clean.

The filter is installed in the * part of the oil tank, and the cylinder is partially immersed in the oil tank, and is equipped with bypass valve, diffuser, filter element pollution blockage transmitter and other devices. It has the characteristics of compact structure, convenient installation, large oil passing capacity, small pressure loss and convenient replacement of filter element.

1. With liquid flow diffuser

The diffuser is set at the bottom of the oil return cylinder, which can make the oil return medium flow smoothly into the oil tank, and is not easy to generate bubbles, thus reducing the re-entry of air and weakening the movement of the deposited pollutants.

2.The filter element is made of glass fiber filter material, which has the advantages of high filtration accuracy, large oil passing capacity, small original pressure loss, and large pollution capacity. Its filtration accuracy is calibrated with filtration accuracy, with filtration ratio of 03, 5, 10, 20>100, filtration efficiency of n>99%, which conforms to ISO standards.
