Product Details

The function of filter element is to filter impurities, separate substances and reduce sound. Filter element is to remove iron oxide, dust and other impurities from fuel oil to prevent fuel system blockage, reduce mechanical wear and ensure the stable operation of the engine.

In general, the replacement period of the engine fuel filter element is 250 hours for the first operation, and then 500 hours for each operation after that. The replacement time should be flexibly grasped according to the different fuel quality grade.  

When the filter pressure gauge alarms or indicates abnormal pressure or when there is leakage or rupture or deformation on the surface of the filter, it is necessary to check if there is any abnormal phenomenon of the filter. If there is, it must be replaced.

The proper filter element filtration accuracy should reach a balance between filtration efficiency and ash content. The use of the filter element with high filtration accuracy will shorten the service life of the filter core due to the low ash content of the filter cores, thus increasing the risk of the oil filter being blocked prematurely.
