This filter eliminates solid materials ranging in size from1to 3 micron and larger.
Micro mist filter
This filter eliminates oil and solid materials whose sizes are 0.01 micron and larger.The outlet oil content will be 0.0 1wtppm.
Deodorant filter
This filter absorbs and eliminates oil vapors that have unpleasant odor. The outlet oil
content will be 0.003wtppm.
