The OS5072 is a high-performance oil - separator filter element mainly designed for air compressor systems. It plays a critical role in separating oil from compressed air.

When the oil - mist mixture in the compressed air passes through the filter layer, the micron - sized glass fiber layer captures and traps the oil droplets. These trapped oil droplets then agglomerate into larger droplets, which flow back to the compressor's oil circuit
