Performance Parameters

Filtration Precision: With a high filtration precision, it can effectively capture and separate particles down to a very fine level, ensuring the purity of the air/oil separator element.

Oil Content in Separated Gas: The oil content in the gas after separation is ≤3PPM, guaranteeing that the discharged gas is of high quality with minimal oil contamination.

Initial Pressure Differential: The initial pressure differential is ≤0.02MPa, which helps in smooth operation and reduces energy consumption during the  separation process.

Replacement Pressure Differential: When the pressure differential across the filter reaches 0.7MPa, it is time to replace the filter element to maintain optimal performance.

Service Life: Under normal operating conditions, the service life of the filter is 3000 - 4500 hours, providing long - term reliable operation.

In normal operating environments, the filter is typically replaced every 3000 - 4000 hours. However, in harsher environments, the replacement interval may be shortened.
