Product Details

Titanium sintered filter cartridge for lithium extraction from salt lake brine is a high-purity titanium powder sintered porous filter element designed for brine working conditions with high magnesium-lithium ratio, high salt content and strong corrosion. It is used for precise impurity removal, adsorbent protection, clarification filtration and lithium liquor refining in brine. Its core advantages are strong corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high flux, repeated regeneration and long service life.

Basic Definition and Structure

Material: High-purity titanium powder (purity ≥99.5%), binder-free, integrally porous structure formed by high-temperature vacuum sintering.

Structure: Cylindrical depth filtration medium with curved interconnected micropore channels inside and controllable precision on the outer surface; both ends equipped with titanium metal interfaces (threaded / clamped / flat), sealed with fluororubber / EPDM.

Process: Titanium powder sieving → Cold isostatic pressing → 1200–1400℃ high-temperature high-vacuum sintering → Precision shaping → Interface welding / machining.
