High-precision filter paper is the main filter material of the oil filter element. The standard time for replacing the oil filter element is 2000 hours, and it must be replaced after expiration. For air compressors with poor working environment, the service time of the filter element should be shortened. Once the filter element is used beyond the time limit, the insufficient oil return after the oil filter element is blocked will cause the exhaust temperature to be too high, shorten the service life of the oil and oil separation filter element, and the insufficient oil return after the blockage will lead to the insufficient lubrication of the main engine, leading to the serious shortening of the service life of the main engine and damage to the main engine.
